The decision about what reporting system to use as well as the costs of the system can be crucial for your business. We have tried very hard to give you options to help you decide is we are the best fit for you and your business.

The full system and live technical support is available as soon as you create your account. We will be happy to help you explore the system and see if its right for you. If you are still unsure after using the introductory free reports we suggest you purchase the block of 25 reports before moving to the unlimited usage option.

Your Tap Inspect account can be cancelled at any time during your service term. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds on prepaid reports or the unused term of service. Please refer to the Terms of Service for more details.

We are very proud of the simplicity of our interface and how easy the system is to learn and use. However, this policy is based on our experience that more support is needed when a new user is first exploring the system.
